A founding Director of talentED, Luke leads the vision, mission and long term goals of the business. He takes an active role in training and developing each new associate as they join talentED.
Luke started his career in recruitment in 2015, after completing his business degree and serving in the Police force. He has spent the majority of his recruitment career supporting secondary schools in London and East Anglia.
Along side his Director duties, Luke still recruits on behalf of schools but focuses on permanent teaching and senior HR and Business support roles.
