A founding Director of talentED, Luke leads the sales strategy and development of our recruitment teams, with a focus on business development, performance and building long-term relationships with our schools.
Luke started his recruitment career in 2015, after completing his business degree and previously serving in the Police. He has spent the majority of his recruitment career supporting schools across London and East Anglia, developing a strong understanding of the education recruitment market.
Today, Luke leads talentED’s sales function, managing a team of experienced Associates and Candidate Consultants across our specialist divisions. He is responsible for driving business development, strengthening client relationships and ensuring our teams consistently deliver the high standards of service talentED expects
