With a deep understanding of the education sector and a no-nonsense approach to delivery, he leads by example — consistently placing top-tier teachers, support staff, and future educators across schools in Essex and beyond.
Known for his straight-talking style, sharp instincts, and commitment to long-term partnerships, Liam plays a vital role in driving quality across the team and setting the standard for how we recruit.
Starting his recruitment career in 2014, Liam spent 7 years working on behalf of primary schools in Essex & Suffolk.
He joined talentED in January 2022 as a billing manager, leading a large team of Associates.
Having supported the training and development of most of our current team, Liam now focuses his time on supporting schools with their recruitment needs.
