A founding Director of talentED, Jack is responsible for setting budgets, improving efficiency and implementing the business strategies across all departments.
Jack started his recruitment career in 2014, after previously serving in the Royal Air Force and travelling across Africa and the Middle East. He has spent most of his recruitment career as a billing manager, leading two successful recruitment teams in London and East Anglia.
Recruitment is still part of Jack’s remit within the business, focusing on supporting permanent recruitment for primary and special needs schools.
