A founding Director of talentED, Jack leads the financial and operational strategy of the business, overseeing budgets, commercial performance and the systems that support sustainable growth.
Jack started his recruitment career in 2014, after previously serving in the Royal Air Force and travelling across Africa and the Middle East. He has spent most of his recruitment career as a billing manager, leading two successful recruitment teams in London and East Anglia.
Today, Jack oversees talentED’s Finance, Operations, Compliance, HR, Payroll and Marketing functions. From financial planning and commercial strategy to people, systems and regulatory compliance, his focus is on building the infrastructure that allows talentED to grow sustainably while maintaining high standards across the business.
